Business Partnership = Marriage

Let’s think about the case of a marriage.

Two partners start off full of love, trust and respect for each other. However, in the route of their everyday life something breaks, they partially stop having the initial love and respect and finally they end up in a lawyer’s office full of anger and disappointment for their initial choices (knock on wood!)
If you think that professional coexistence is far from that situation, just think again. Especially, if we try to think about a group of co-workers, which gathers up to collaborate on a mutual project, let’s say for a research programme, and finally, they end up stopping their collaboration due to solvecy, not following the agreements and deceiving one the other. I wouldn’t wish that to anyone!

The moral of the story is: the beauty of collaboration in a research project, on which more than one person are working, is in choosing who to callaborate with. So we have to make that desicion wisely!

The choice of the
Ideal Partner

Before we agree to a new collaboration we should first check whether the wannabe partner has the following characteristics:

  • Accuracy in words and actions

  • Enthusiasm about the project

  • Flexibility

  • Imagination & Creativity

  • Observance of the deadlines

  • Compliance with the aggreements

  • Orderliness

  • Specialization of the particular subject

  • Responsibility

In short, we choose a partner who is NOT CARELESS, so we can ensure the success of our project and of our inner peace as well.

Logos2Learn = The Reliable Partner

The company Logos2Learn with Adamantia Spanaka, as the founder, is not at all careless in anything they want to be part of. Especially, when the action is about a research collaboration, where a consortium shares the same vision and goal, so that it can deliver in an effective, regular and sustainable way a new idea. Besides, the knowledge, skills and experience that Adamantia brings to Logos2Learn, due to her experience among others as the main researcher in the only distance foundation in Greece in the level of higher education, Hellenic Open University, in many research European and Greek programms, proves exactly that.

Just like the words of her previous co-partners:

I worked with Adamantia on an EU project looking at competencies for those working in digital learning. Adamantia did a great job of compiling the competencies, showing real passion and enthusiasm. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

  • Clive Shepherd, Founding Partner at Skills Journey (Brighton, United Kingdom)

My working experience with Adamantia has been excellent. She was always on time and I really appreciate the contributions she had made to our work

  • Iñigo Isusi, Partner of IKEI Research & Consultancy (Basque Donostia-San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa, Spain)

Adamantia really is fantastic and everyone who counts sees that and appreciates it.
